Help and support
Crisis Center offers help and support to individuals, couples, families, and groups at a time of crisis or challenging life events. Counselling can be done on a one-to-one basis and by phone or online using Webex-program. Our starting point is your experience of needing help. You can contact us without a referral.
You can contact us, for example, in the case of
- problems at home,
- study or work
- problems in relationship
- unemployment
- loneliness, self-destructive thoughts
- depression, anxiety or other negative feelings
- sickness
- death of someone close to you
- other sudden or unexpected events
Our services are
- short term councelling (1-5 appointments) with professional crisisworker
- completely confidential and free of charge
- No medical services available

Appointments in the evening time are also possible.
