As a MIELI mental health Kotka region volunteer, you get to promote the mental well-being of the residents of our region.

Offer practical help
As a Good Mood Constructor, you help with various practical tasks. You get to build, help in the kitchen, set up events or provide technical support.
Help strengthen well-being
As a Good Mood Guide, you help spread mental well-being by guiding different groups or individuals. Become a workshop instructor, for instance, on culture, art, sports or nature. You can also work as a mental health first aid skills instructor.
If necessary, we offer training for this position.
Influence as an organization active
As a Good Mood Skipper you help with planning, organizing and developing the organization’s operations. You act as a board or working group member, chairman, secretary, financial expert or member representative.
Spread the message
As a Good Mood Messenger, you help share the message that mental health can be strenghened. You can maintain social media and the website, take photos, blog, make brochures, express your opinion, write and participate in events.
Become a Good Mood Ally
As a Good Mood Ally, you help promote mental well-being and support our activities. Become a member or offer your professional skills, marketing assistance, facilities for events, financial support or membership benefits.
