Association for Mental Health in Tampere
Association for Mental Health in Tampere Region is a regional body of the Finnish Association for Mental Health (FAMH). Our main goal is to improve mental wellbeing in the local community.
Osviitta Crisis Center
Osviitta is a place where anyone in need of support can come. We have trained volunteers and staff who will listen to you and support you with difficult situations in life, for example:
- marital or family problems
- worries and stress in everyday life
- a traumatic experience
Your visit is confidential and free of charge. If you wish, you can remain anonymous. We wish you to book your appointment in advance, so that we can find an English speaking worker or voluntary worker for you. Even then, the wait is short and you do not have to give out any personal contact information.
